The Butcher of Creaksea

-----------------------------

Creaksea, a coastal town still reeling from tragedy, becomes the meeting point of three women drawn by fate and threat. Yvelle, newly orphaned, tends her lighthouse unaware of the danger approaching. Yashira, a hunted warlock carrying a murdered man’s final letter, is driven toward the town by her patron’s warnings. From the feywilds, Ayarlia crosses into the mortal world to confront a rising corruption tied to Creaksea’s shores.

Beyond the horizon, Drummond advances with an army and an ambition that twists the land itself. As Creaksea falls, Yvelle, Yashira, and Ayarlia unite in the ruins, forming a coven born of necessity to halt his rise.

Pequindo

Before the people of Newport, before his friendship with Spencer, and before the meteor that rewrote their story, Pequindo grew up in the sun‑lit kitchens of Portaventa, raised by modest bakers and a loving, tight‑knit community. He tried his hand at many tasks, eager to find his place in the world. He apprenticed with the local locksmith, learned the rhythms of baking and coffee, and picked up the trade tongues spoken by merchants and travellers. Along the way, he fell for a girl from San’Serienne who stole his heart, someone he loved quietly and lost twice. He endured a string of funerals and steady pressure from the wider family with the same patience he brought to his orchids, choosing small, bright comforts to soften the darkness gathering around him.

Everything changed when his sister and her husband died, leaving his young nephew orphaned. Knowing he couldn’t raise the boy in a place where sorrow lived in every corner, and faced uncles who tried to bind him with guilt and tradition. Something in him finally broke. He chose two futures over their expectations, sold the bakery, and left Portaventa behind.

About
My Story

I have enjoyed writing since I was young and have experience as a poet, with several works already published over the years.  In my spare time I enjoy writing short stories, running pen and paper role playing games for friends as well as cooking, which I learnt in my first vocation as a chef and lastly organizing cycling trips to remote parts of the country on my mountain bike called Lucy and using the sights and scenes I see to fuel my love for story telling.
